Why should I work with PowerHostels?
This system is not like other website offering you bookings. This is a simple piece of technology you add to your own website, meaning that your customers can book online on your website.

How do I update my prices and availability?
Simple. Prices and availability are managed from the HostelBookers backoffice system. If you are a member of HostelBookers already you dont need to manage a second availability system you're already using it! And if youre not working with HostelBookers, dont worry - we can set you up to use only PowerHostels and provide a user name and login to manage availability and rates in a very simple to use backoffice system.

Do I have to have technical skills?
Not at all - all you need is a website. We deal with the set up at our end, then give you a simple Book Now link to add to your website. This will open a new page that looks exactly like your site, where your customer can make their booking. That's it!

Is PowerHostels available in different languages?
Yes! PowerHostels is available in 7 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish. Simply choose which language(s) you'd like on your booking engine at the time of set up.

How customized is my booking engine?
We can set you up so that your PowerHostels booking engine looks exactly like your site. Your customers will have a seamless booking experience on your site using PowerHostels. See some examples of properties using a PowerHostels booking engine.

How much does it cost?
To set up and add a PowerHostels booking engine to your website is free. You then pay just a small cost per booking, meaning you only pay when you earn money via a booking! Contact us for more information.

What if I try it and dont like it?
That's highly unlikely, but if you're not happy with receiving bookings using PowerHostels you can terminate the relationship at anytime. There's no contract, you just have to contact us and we'll ensure you wont receive anymore bookings from your website via PowerHostels. No questions asked!
